First time making noodles from scratch….
I think I need more practice~
[and they’re so right that cooking chicken with the bone makes it more moist!]

Breakfast: Granola and greek yogurt and berries or a banana or apple~
Snack: Usually fruit or deli turkey slices or cheese or all together it depends what I feel like…
Lunch [my biggest meal]: Big huge salad with rice vinegar dressing, lean meat like salmon or chicken breast, steamed veggies and the like…
OR I’ll have a nice sushi roll, no eel or anything crispy or fried… I tend to stick with california rolls or anything predominantly salmon or tuna..
Snack: same as previous snack [maybe crackers… idk..]
Dinner: BIIIIG salad with cheese rice vinigrette and some lean meat~
Sometimes I’ll have an omlette for a snack with deli meat inside and some cheese [never yolks, and only whites…]
It tends to shift a bit on my mood but it’s usually the same every day…
